No, you can call up or book online and we will get you in as soon as an appointment suits you.
Medicare does not usually cover osteopathy. However, you may be eligible for a partial Medicare rebate if your GP has placed you on a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan.
If you qualify, Medicare can contribute towards up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year, which may include osteopathy. A referral from your GP is required, and Medicare only covers part of the consultation fee, so an out-of-pocket cost may still apply.
Osteopathy is often covered by extras cover with private health insurance. The rebate amount depends on your insurer and level of cover. Osteopathy is not covered by hospital cover.
We recommend checking with your health fund to see what rebates apply to your policy.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily. In some cases, we may need access to the area being treated, so wearing layers or sportswear can be helpful. Towels will be provided if needed to ensure your comfort and privacy.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved especially for you.
If you’re unwell or something unexpected comes up, please contact the clinic as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
